AVG AntiTrack stopped working after AVG TuneUp

My AVG AntiTrack stopped working after AVG TuneUp. It indicates I’m that not protected yet the day before the TunUp, AntiTrack indicated I was fully protected. I have performed a uninstall of AVG AntiTrack and then a reinstall. Still have the same issue. the only way to stop the AVG AntiTrack popping up is to turn the AntiTrack off but this a paid for version and should work properly.

The uninstall was done using the AVG AntiTrack app uninstall procedure. Data WAS NOT deleted (the “Delete personal AVG AntiTrack data” box unchecked).

It’s running on a Lenovo Notebook 83DD0006AU with Windows 11 OS
