AVG AntiTracker - Unable to add extension to FoxFire browser

We are here to help.

Please open your Mozilla Firefox browser and follow the below steps:

1. In the top-right corner of the browser, click ☰ Menu ▸ Add-ons ▸ Extensions.
2. If the AVG AntiTrack extension is present, click Remove.
3. If you are prompted for permissions, click Remove again to confirm.
4. In your system tray, right-click the Avast AntiTrack icon, and click Quit AVG AntiTrack.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 above to install the AVG AntiTrack browser extension.

Keep us informed about the status here.

Step 2:  The AVG AntiTrack extension is not present
Step 4:  Clicked Quit AVG AntiTrack

Step 4:  Next, clicked to open AVG AntiTrack and went to Step 2.  The extension is still not present.
Please advise.
