I do not wish to sound terse, however I have previously been there (to that link you sent) and done all of what was suggested on that web page. I am still getting the, " license is expired" message. I do not know if this could be could the problem, but my current license does not expire until 12/31/2014. Could that be the problem???
I have been using 2013 AVG Antivirus for several years and recently purchased AVG Antivirus for three computers @ Two years from Amazon.com. When I cut/paste the new Key into the 2015 AVG program, I get a message that the license is "expired". Help is appreciated.
Philip, For future ref when searching this link (http://support.avg.com/support?l=en_US) may help you. Inserting 'sales number' in the search would have thrown up the link provided by Zbynek | AVG Employee (AVG Technologies).
