AVG AntiVirus (Android) is saying Backup and Restore contains malware

Operating system (OS): Android 10 (HiOS)
Phone: Infinix Hot 10 Play

AVG AntiVirus version number: 6.47.0
Note(s): Virus definition database seems to be up-to-date

Minutes ago, AVG AntiVirus scanned the phone, and after it was done it said it had detected malware, and presented Backup and Restore as the thing found; it told me to disable it as it is installed in the system partition. I went into Settings by pressing the "RESOLVE" button (and the app's version is 1.1.0.24, and the total size is/was 138 KB). I have searched for the app in Settings's App management section, and it doesn't seem to be listed there. Settings says the permissions that the app uses are required for the app so that phone can operate (they are Calendar, Contacts, Phone, SMS, Storage).
