I am extremely upset and demand an immediate explanation and assistance from AVG. I granted permission to delete a “threat” flagged by the application, but I was not clearly warned that these files were actually my irreplaceable personal photos stored in my gallery. It is highly suspicious and concerning that AVG flagged photos taken with my phone camera as a threat. There are no apologies or responsibility taken for destroying my precious memories, which feels dishonest.
