hello, everyone.
I have a paid antivirus subscription that i was using since 10 month. my brother paid for it coz i wasnt in france and could not use my bank card. I just bought a new computer but i can not install my antivirus. Whzn i logg onto my old computer, AVG see my account and subscription on my profile. When i logg onto my new computer on the same profile, AVG doesnt see my subscription. I tried to activate the subscription i took 10 month ago with the same activation code, but no success…any idea why?
