Hi i paid for avg antivirus in february since 18th of april it wont turn on firewall the icon stays red when i click it should go green,I tried to contact avg with chat to no avail.Help please,im not very familiar with it technology.

Ok i did the Repairavg in control panel but firewall icon is still red and wont change.
