Hello Dr. Evangelos,

I understand the inconvenience.
I request you to click on the detected threat in Quarantine which will show complete path of the file.
Get into the path on your Mac and delete the infected file manually.
Restart Mac and check the status in quarantine.

Viruses in the quarantine can not be deleted. When attempting to delete the following information comes: "Sorry, we're unable to delete this file. Please check that you have permission to delete it and try again".
