I am extremely disappointed with this product. I was invited by AVG to download this product from Google Play. When I attempted to set up the program, the touch screen became completely unresponsive to any type of commands. I can not make or take any calls, texts, or messages, nor can I access email or web searches. Your Tech Support people, after 5 days of phone calls and emails, have determined that they can not restore my phone, and have referred me to the manufacturer of the phone.
I have made up my mind that I will NOT renew ANY of the programs I have with AVG when their renewals come due, and I will shop elsewhere for software to protect my computer.
