But the AVG AntiVirus Free 'expiration' process interferes with the proper functioning of Windows 7 (definitely with the booting process). The inconveniencing 'expiration' process doesn't seem to serve any purpose other than to strong-arm users into considering a paid tier that 'expires' less frequently. Hoping it can be discontinued -- AVG AntiVirus Free didn't always 'expire'.
