After years of trouble-free operation of the AVG Antivirus Free Version, it suddenly won't open. The small black AVG shield no longer appears in the menu bar on starting up, and clicking on the AVG app icon in Applications does nothing. Have AVG changed something recently which might be affecting my AVG Antivirus in this way? Any suggestions/solutions greatly appreciated!
