AVG antivirus free

Thank you for the prompt reply. But as I am not able to open AVG itself, the procedure you have given does not apply.  I am planning on reinstalling AVG. So please let me k oe where the exceptions list is stored so that I may be able to reload the list after reinstallation. I want the path to the file that has the list of excepyions I created.
Thank you.

Hello Jagan,
I understand that you were using AVG Internet Security and now you want to downgrade it to AVG Free Antivirus. I request you to open expired/trial AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Logout/remove license. Regarding exception list: You can open AVG Internet Security > Menu > general > exceptions. If you still unable to downgrade AVG Internet Security to AVG Free Antivirus then you can follow the instruction ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product ) to run AVG Remover tool and AVG Clear tool. It will help you to remove all the AVG previous traces. After that, you can follow the instruction (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-AntiVirus-Free) to download/install AVG Free Antivirus.
Best regards,
Alok.

AVG antivirus free does not open after Internet security trial expired. Also, I would like to know where the exceptions list is stored so that I can reload the list if I have to reinstall AVG.
Thank You.
Jagan.
