AVG antivirus licence still active after uninstallation

I had installed AVG on 3 devices, 2 desktops and 1 mobile.  I uninstalled the security from the Android mobile and discarded the mobile, but my subscription still shows 3 active devices, whereas after uninstalling from mobile, it should be 2 devices.  A case has been registered on 18th September, 2020 regarding the above issue under case #11639460, and I was told that it would be taken care of, but till today's date, i.e. 22nd September, 2020, I am still getting the message the subscription is active on 3 devices, whereas it should have been 2 devices by now.

Please check and do the needful.

The version is 20.7.3140 (build 20.7.5568.598). I took assistance of a customer care representative also, he could not do anything regarding this, so he told that the issue has been reported to the back end and told me it would be taken care of and issued me the above case number for future reference.
