Could you tell me if you're facing the issue on your computer or Android device?

I would like to inform you that technical support for queries related to AVG products for Android platform is provided through email only. I request you to submit your query to them for assistance. You can contact them from within the AVG app.

  1. Open AVG Anti-virus app/AVG Cleaner app.
  2. Tap on the drawer.
  3. Click on Help and support-> Contact support and fill the form.

I wanted to check my AVG Antivirus but it wouldn't open no matter which way I opened it from. My Cleaner works just fine. I needed to uninstall AVG antivirus and download it again, but it still does not work.

I use a Mac computer with the Free Antivirus.

Unfortunately I can't send the diagnostic information because my computer is likely a new software. I have the latest Software from Apple, so I do not have the same functions you describe. I seem to be another customer that has the "bitcoinminer" virus that has infected many people in the community.
