"AVG Antivirus quit unexpectedly" message

Hi - I am having exactly the same problem.  I am running High Sierra 10.13.2 and the latest AVG.

To scan a 1tb Fusion Drive is taking about 8 hours!  It gets to 99% then quits.

On the dashboard it is saying that is has found 60 problems but when you click on details it says 30.

I have run this now for 5 days and the same thing happens every time.

Please provide me the version of the AVG Antivirus for Mac. To find out the version you can follow user manual, part 4.3. Menu in the task bar

Same issue (same OS version): AVG scan will not complete: quit once at 80%, then got to 99% but never finished.

Since I downloaded AVG 2 days ago I still have yet to complete a scan because I get an error message saying "AVG quit unexpectedly" every time.

I understand the inconvenience. Please provide the screenshot of the 60 problems and the details of 30 files to check and assist further.

Also, let me know if you are able to delete those 30 files/.

I'm not sure how long the scan should take but mine is going for 3+ hours
