AVG AntiVirus warning 'issues detected'

Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

A message has just appeared on my HTC phone Warning! Issues detected. There is a large red button with the words 'Resolve Issue'. There is no additional information as to what this is about and I am reluctant just to press a button in case it is a scam. Please advise.

Thanks Alok I have sent the email. However, on clicking 'Get Help' button and then scrolling to the end of the next screen which appeared I have just seen the notice at the end of that screen indicating that "…support is only available to customers of paid products". I use AVG Free - will that mean my question won't be answered?
