I see from your record that you do not have any active subscriptions of AVG.
If you are using the free version, then you may get offers for our premium products which you can stop by following the below steps.
Open AVG AntiVirus free, click on "Menu->About->General->Personal Privacy", uncheck the option "Show offers for our other products".
When you purchase AVG program by default automatic renewal will be enabled, you can disable this option after the purchase and renew the program in your convenient time.
Hi AVG ,I keep getting offers to upgrade from avg free to your avg antivirus .I was a paying customer for 10 years then you started automated billing and I note in your forums you have quite a lot of angry customers demanding refunds due to your automated billing .Well I was one of them .Dont you understand? I would like to think I am quite capable of paying my bills and dont need automated payments .You remove the automated payments then I would gladly renew my subscription and by the way dont suggest to me that all I have to do is apply for a refund .I can make my payments as I said thank you.
