Hello Jane.
AVG Ultimate bundle package does include AVG Internet Security for Mac.
Could you uninstall and install AVG again to resolve this issue?

I have recently upgraded to Big Sur and 2020 AVG Ultimate however I have components which will not protected which include the Web/email and payments.

Please can you confirm if there is a patch to resolve this issue or have I just spent 34.99 for a 2 year licence which is not valid for the this version of AVG product.
