Thank you for reaching us with your concerns. May I know which version of AVG Internet Security are you using? Please be informed that AVG add in for Outlook has been removed in the latest version of AVG.

I seem to have lost my AVG Blacklist/Whitelist add-in for my exchange accounts. How do i get it back?

Thank you for providing me the information.

You can add the email addresses to Blacklist by following the steps below:
1. Please open AVG Internet Security
2. Now click on Menu>Settings
3. Now go to Components Tab
4. Select Anti-Spam and click on Customize
5. There you will find the Blacklist Tab
6. Click on it, either enter the full email address or only domain names and click "Add"
7. Repeat the process for all the domains
8. Click OK
