AVG block secomea linking

Dear Johnson Thierry,

I asked one of our lead supporters today, and he informed me that he had heard of this problem before. Could you please create a support-ticket here: https://www.secomea.com/create-support-ticket/ You will be directly contacted not long after…?

We will of course try to post the solution here, as soon as there is a solution for you problem…

Sincerely,

Hello Thierry,
I do understand the inconvenience you have faced, I will do my best to fix it for you. If it is AVG Firewall that is causing the issue, please check if AVG firewall is configured with below recommended settings or not.

Open AVG Internet Security->Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Network Profile and change it to Private.
Open AVG Internet Security->Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Policies->System Rules and set all rules to "Enabled".

Hello,
i use avg ultimate as soft for internet.
It s now impossible to reach customer plc via linker as secomea.
Before using avg, there was no problem.
Secomea use a virtual port for linking and this one seems blocked by avg.
I tried to stop avg but no result.
In general, crash dump arrived after a few minutes.
Is there anyone who can help me to find a solution.
Thanks in advance.
PS : i m french and probably make faults in english.
Thierry
