MacBook Air with most current OS, and most current AVG Internet Security & CleanMyMac:

AVG Internet Security blocks updating CleanMyMac with the following error message:
"We've moved .BC.T_VG7xVa to your Quarantine because it was infected with MacOS:PuAgent-AZ [PUP]"

following that I never get a CleanMyMac update!  How can I resolve this? Thanks…
