AVG blocking emails from Outlook 2019

Someone at AVG taking control of my PC tried to rectify the problem but without success. The problem was then escalated but I have not heard anything since. Can you give me a timeframe please? Thank you.

Another seven days has gone by and still no contact from AVG. Please let me know what is going on. Thank you…

Hi, I have exactly the same problem occurred again. Original question was raised on 18th Sept 2023. Cannot send or receive emails on Outlook 2019 unless Email Shield is turned off. Please help again.. Thank you.
