Could you please check whether you Virus definitions are up to date. If not, please try updating them and check whether you are able to get connected or not. Please refer the article for instructions:

Hello,
Since around 2 weeks my AVG is randomly blocking my internet. It keeps happening multiple times a day, with and without the VPN on. It happens in the middle of my work calls, every morning etc.
I cannot allow any distruptions to my work, especially when presenting to a client.
I went through the settings dozens of times, spending hours on trying to turn off the kill switch function. But no luck.
I tried to changed all networks to trusted and AVG doesn't allow me to make that change.
I want to permanently turn off the AVG's ability to block the internet connection. How do i do that please?
