AVG blocking Internet access through Chrome and IE but not Edge

The issue should be with the browsers, We request you to reinstall the Chrome browser and check whether the issue persists.

I installed the free version and internet access was blocked on Chrome and IE but not Edge.  I uninstalled AVG but still cannot access the internet on Chrome and IE.  What the heck?  What is the fix??
