I see that your renewal for AVG Internet Security (3 computers) is good to go till 16th February 2018.
We are planning to make the 2017 version as a standard one and any issues reported by our customers are immediately resolved by our support. The feedback given for 2017 version are passed to developers team and it can be expected to get implemented in mere future.
I request you to get our additional support in fixing the issues that you are facing with AVG Internet Security 2017 version for which an email instruction has been sent to you.
If the email is not present in the inbox, do check in spam and junk folders once.
I still struggle with this situation with a new machine is it possible to get some setting so I can fix this problem.

Since I reinstall from scratch my PC with W764 I also reinstall AVG with 2017 version where before I was using 2016 and I am avg user since many years.
I found the logic of inteface and the setup really difficult and not straight forward, the old version was more easy.
I have a problem where Vray a 3d rendering engine that check the license on internet and AVG is blocking this process with the firewall.
Unfortunately setting all vray applicationas as default rule allowing al protocol and direction and address dosen't help.
Another problem is the use of Opera browser with free VPN, the online shield dosen't allow to change adress location that block the future.
If there isn't any solution Is it possible to install the old version 2016?
On login in AVG I can't see my license subscription but I paid Renewal AVG Internet Security on the 1 feb 2017.

Fabrizio, I have checked the remote session conversation that you had with our technician.
It seems that one of your file is being blocked by AVG, but it looks like you haven't tried adding it to exceptions.
Disable AVG Internet Security temporarily and install "vrlservice.exe" application which was blocked.
To disable AVG Internet Security, open the program interface, click on "Menu–>Settings–>Troubleshooting–>Passive Mode".
Slide the cursor available to the right of it, which will turn off the protection temporarily.
Proceed to install "vrlservice.exe" and add it to the exception as mentioned in this article.
Keep us informed about the status.
