AVG blocking Outlook emails

2. If you have any VPN program installed, kindly try to disable it and check.
3. How do you confirm that AVG program causing this issue?
4. If you are referring AVG Internet Security, try to disable AVG components one by one and check it.

AVG is blocking emaills on Outlook 2016 on Windows 11. I have tried Repair plus uninstalling, cleaning and re-installing.
