AVG blocking sync activity?

I regret for the inconvenience caused. Please open the AVG Internet Security installed in your computer and click on Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Once this is done, click on "Network Profile(Left side of the interface) and change the profile to "Private" if selected in "Public". After changing this settings, check if sync activity works fine in your computer.

A sync application on my computer suddenly stopped working. It starts to work again when I turn off the AVG software so something in the AVG software is blocking the sync application from running. How do I allow the program to run in the AVG software?

Hello Karthikeyan, great idea!
I did what you said and sync is working when I turn off "Ransomwere protection". See attached screendump. So are there setting within "Ransomwere protection" that I can change so I get sync to work?
I know sync was working some weeks ago but the suddenly stopped working. Can you check your logs and see if anything was done to "Ransomwere protection" and see if I can undo that?

I am sorry to hear that the issue persists. In this case, please disable AVG components one by one and check disabling which AVG component, fixes the synchronization issue.
