AVG blocks outgoing messages

Please let us know how you access your mailbox. Is it through browser or email client?
Also, let us know what happens exactly while attempting to send emails with 'Scan outbound' option enabled. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.

Hi,

We have AVG Internet Securiry BE ver.22.7.3235 compilation 22.7.7403.744.
When Analyse sent emails (SMTP) option is active on Email Shield we are unable to send email. 
Reinstalled the applicatoin and the issue remains.

Any suggestion?
