AVG blocks Thunderbird email receipt

As the New Improved Support Centre website doesn't seem to have any way of adding to a previous thread I am obliged to start a new one.

NO! { Zbynek Pokorny | AVG Employee } you haven't fixed the problem. The problem with Thunderbird unable to receive / download emails STILL EXISTS. Let me know when you've fixed it. PLEASE!

  1. I sent you the SysInfo you required, without acknowledgement (http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe);
    2. I downloaded the Repair installation file as you asked (https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG/avg_isc_x64_all_2015_6134p1.exe), and ran the Repair option;
    3. I rebooted, as required, and ran Update;
    4. To test Thunderbird email receipt I sent myself an email (as before) and checked by logging into my email account manually to test email received (Yes, received);
    5. Thunderbird will still not receive / download my emails;
    6. CONCLUSION: As I have previously informed you (without acknowledgement) this "fix" does not fix!
