Dear Dinesh,
I tried to disable components of Basic Protection as well as Full Protection.
No one solved the problem.
I tried again to disable AVG and in this situation Whatsapp work normaly.
Regards,
Till some days ago Whatsapp worked very well on my laptop. In the last days it stopped working well, Whatsapp is showing me a little screen with the message "Computer not connected". My computer is connected and working very well.
Interesting is that if I use from Whatsapp site command Whatsall Web (that means without installing it on my computer) it is working well.
How to make the installed Whatsapp to work?

Thank you for sharing us the screenshot, Cristian.
We need to identify the component that causes this issue.
To do so : Open AVG - Menu - Settings - Basic protection (left pane) - File shield - Disable it by clicking on the toggle bar & check the issue. If issue persists, re-enable File shield & repeat the same steps with other components that are in Full protection as well & let us know the component.
