Jeg blir sperret i nedlastning av BrearchGard pga. svakt passord i flere adresser og jeg har rettet opp disse, men i live.com får jeg ikke ordnet dette. Jeg har endret passord til live.com og får opp Outlook som innstilling - og den fungerer.
Men når jeg svarer at jeg har gjenopprettet passordet, får jeg ikke noe resultat. Passordet tas ikke
tatt til følge - det sperrer for nedlastingen av AVG BrearchGard. Jeg har innbetalt for kjøpet og skulle gjerne fått til åpning av programmet og trenger hjelp til hva jeg kan gjøre?
