As of two days ago, my 5-user AVG business app has started causing send/receive to timeout in all three of my email accounts. Send/receive works without a problem when I disable AVG EMail Shield. It's taken me this long to figure out what happened. What's the cure for this? I'd really like a fix for it. I've been using AVG for over ten years, and recommended it to my support customers, but this issue has me pretty well bugged off.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Unfortunately, all that link does is send me to the support documentation, which I've already gone through. I didn't see a way to contact the business support team via email. All my attempts at that just cycled me back to the documentation page.
Thank you very much Midhun. I appreciate your help. I'm looking forward to working this problem out. For what it's worth, I'm encountering this problem on two computers. One of the them is running Office 365 Outlook using IMAP on Windows 11. The other is running Office Pro 2016 using POP3 on WIndows 10. The symptoms are identical. When Email Shield is switched on, the Send/Receive process times out with an error, and absolutely no mail gets either in or out. When I disable Email Shield, Send/Receive works as designed. This is happening on four separate email accounts. I"m running AVG Business version 21.8.3202 (build 21.8.6586.695). Thanks once again for your help.
