AVG Business - Subscription Expired on client

I'm running AVG Business SW version 21.11.3215 (build 21.11.6809.439) and on my client it shows "Subscription Expired". If I click on "Renewal Options" it briefly flashes a message saying "Fixing" then goes to a screen telling me "The online content is unavailable. Please check your internet connection and try again." We have about 20 computers using this same client and have the On-Premise management console. From the management console everything looks fine. It can see my clients, reports threats, etc. just fine. I've tried to run updates on the system that has the "Expired" message and there's been no change. I have tried reinstalling the most recent version with no change. Do I need to completely uninstall and reinstall to get this resolved?
