Hi. Disabling AVG protection does not fix the issue, unfortunately.

Is it still possible to disable the AVG Cache Server option? If so, could you tell me how to do that?

Hello, I noticed that AVG is preventing my external hard drive from being able to eject. Apparently, this is a common problem that can be fixed by disabling the AVG cache server feature. Unfortunately, I could not figure out how to disable this feature with the new menu interface, now that I can not navigate to Tools > Advanced Options. Can anyone tell me how to disable the AVG cache server service? Thanks!
