I have been attempting to cancel my AVG protection all morning and have gotten no help. I followed the directions on "How to cancel your subscription via AVGMYAccount." Unfortunately, it does not list any subscription for me even though it provides an invoice for my subscription through this month. Next, I tried cancel over the phone and have been on hold for 40 minutes. Any suggestions? I do not want to be automatically charged for another year of AVG protection when I want to cancel it!
