I have cancelled on-line my subscription 2 days after it automatically activated. My computer device is no longer functional so I had to change my email account as well. With no actaivted in my bank statement, I called the help desk and as of today, I am only able to get back 50% of the subscription rather than the advertised 30-day full refund guarantee.
please help.
