This is my 2nd post. Seems the only way to contact AVG via email.
I appreciate you disabling my renewal. Why didn’t you allow the facility for me to do this myself? I guess I know the reason.
Your response says ‘we cannot reimburse the balance money as it is out of our refund policy’ . Please explain what you mean. This is totally unacceptable. I have paid hundreds of pounds into your company since 2011. I will continue to send you emails until I receive a favourable response.
Should this not prove productive, I intend to warn all my friends on FB to avoid your company at their peril.
I look forward to receiving a positive response.
