Hello,
About 2 years ago my Dell XPS started dropping connection from the mouse then the keyboard. a system restart would allow this to work for a while sometimes a week or two. Then a Dell Inspiron that i use at work started having the same issue. After Unsintalling AVG Antivirus Business the problem has been resolved.
Has anyone else experienced this issue that i have chased through power settings, driver reinstallations and even system restore?
Not sure why an antivirus program would interfere with system level installed devices but, this is unacceptable, even if it is an issue caused by a driver that is written in a non standard way AVG should be able to identify and allow that driver to exist on the system.
