I have already written to AVG support twice. So far, nobody has paid attention to my problem, and it has been two weeks. You charged me €72.99 for AVG Tuneup, which I did not order. When I try to cancel this subscription and request a refund, it is not possible because I do not have any subscriptions in my AVG account. Moreover, I did not receive any confirmation email regarding the purchase, so I do not have an order number to cancel the subscription. I found out on forums that a large number of people have had the same problem. How is it possible that this is happening? How can you afford to charge me for something I did not order? Please resolve this!
