It will not be possible to connect from AVG Cleaner interface as the platform that you see has been discontinued.
We will soon release the new version where you will not be able to find "connect" option on it.
This will not affect the functionality of the app and you will be able to use the complete feature even when it is not logged in.

I was given a 30 day AVG cleaner trial and apparently it works on unlimited devices. I already pay for protection and have both devices registered with AVG. I cant log into the AVG MyAccount on the Mac as it keeps saying the password is wrong (it isnt - it works on the windows device) and there is no option to reset the password when you click on the reset link. Have also tried creating account but it knows i have one already. Really frustrating. Will have no choice but to cancel subscription as cannot use the cleaner on either device currently.
