I understand your concern, we are aware about this. There is no benefit when log in to my-account as AVG Zen will be end of life. However, the AVG Cleaner will be working fine without signing in.

I downloaded the free version of AVG cleaner for Mac and when trying to login to the app I get the "Email and Password don't match" message. This, while I am logged into my account online. How can this be - any advice?
