Sorry for the delay in responding. Please be informed that there is no way to recover those file using AVG Cleaner. You would have used either some 3rd party tools or recover them from the backup.

I used the AVG Cleaner for mac and ran the Disc cleaner, however I didn't realize that it had my downloads file selected as well. Thus, it ended up deleting my entire downloads file as well, which included important files . Is there any way for me to recover these files?FILES ARE VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME
