I set up a my AVG account and have tried to "connect to a zen network" on my AVG MacBook, however when I enter my login details, it tells me that my email and password do not match. Not sure why I keep getting this because I know 100% that my password and email are correct. When I called the tech support, all they did was send me a link to change my password…

Since Zen has reached EOL, you can no longer Login into the AVG Cleaner for Mac.

AVG Cleaner is a Free Product and hence functionality of the program is not affected. You can continue using the Product without Logging in.
