Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. AVG Ultimate comes with AVG Antivirus PRO and Cleaner PRO for Android. Please follow the steps below to activate the AVG Anti-virus PRO and AVG Cleaner PRO using Ultimate package :
1. Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Manager -> AVG -> Uninstall.
2. Restart your device once.
3. Open Google play store app on your device.
4. Search for AVG Anti-virus and AVG Cleaner.
5. Locate and install the free version of the app.
6. Now open the installed app.
7. Tap on the drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app and select Login option.
8. Enter your My Account email address and password.
Now, the AVG Anti-virus and AVG Cleaner will upgrade to PRO.
If not, please wait for 24 hours and check whether it's upgraded to PRO. I'm sure this information will help you.
The link within account page is for AVG Cleaner with adds, I think that I have paid for getridoff adds.

Thanks your advises, I did as you propose but unfortunately the cleaner did not updated to PRO version.

I am sorry to hear that the issue persists. To best assist you with this, I suggest you to contact our mobile support. Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select platform as "Android" and the name of AVG Program that you have installed on your mobile. In the description please completely explain your issue and click on "Email" option. When filling out your details choose "Yes" to the question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" even though you may be using the Free version. The AVG mobile team will reply to you via email with a resolution.
