1. Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Management -> AVG Cleaner -> Uninstall.
2. Reboot the device.
Important - Google play store login should be done with your purchase email address (purchase email) as a primary account, to get synced with PRO license.
3. Open Google Play Store app.
4. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
5. Search for AVG Cleaner in play store.
6. Locate and install the free version of the app.
If the above steps did not work, please click on "Upgrade" prompt and click on three dots at the top right of the page. You will have "Restore Purchase" option. Please click on it and check if the app is getting converted as Pro version.

I have been paying for the yearly subscription for the AVG Cleaner Pro through google play and I have lost access to the features for a while now. Not sure what's going on and now my subscription has just been renewed. Still no access to pro features.
I followed all the steps. When I click the restore purchase its saying that it does not detect a license for my google play account.
