I am downright floored rightnow. I installed AVG in hopes to have a good anti-virus, but it has not done this. About a few days after installing it, my computer has been going into blue screen, and I don't know why. So I went to AVG to resolve the issue; I am now completely locked out of my computer. My pin is broken and will not work allowing me access to my comp.
