Thank you for choosing AVG and reaching out to us here. Please be informed that AVG Secure VPN is accessible only via Secure VPN tile in AVG 2017 Zen. You can see the "Connect" also on AVG Zen interface itself. Did you install AVG free or AVG Internet Security with which AVG Zen comes along?
If not, please download AVG AntiVirus free: http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/Antivirus_Free_1817.exe and follow the steps below to install and activate AVG Secure VPN.
Double-click the AVG icon on your desktop to open AVG management console (formerly known as AVG Zen).
Click the Secure VPN tile to install the program.
Click Try it free to start 30-day trial. If you already bought a subscription for AVG Secure VPN and you are logged to your AVG MyAccount in AVG management console, your license is detected at this point.
Click Yes to confirm installation. Restart your PC, if asked.
Click the OFF slider so that it changes to ON. Secure VPN drivers are installed.
Hi. I have just purchased AVG VPN service. The instructions to install suggest you open the existing product and click "Connect" to start this process. There is no "Connect" button on my existing product after purchase. I have restarted but it still fails to show…I have checked community rooms for a remedy to this but can't locate an answer.
Suggestions please…??
