Avg Console not pushing out new license

Hi Everyone,
I have all the current versions of AVG installed.  A couple of weeks ago I renewed my licenses and entered them into the AVG Admin Console on the applicable groups.

The licenses have not been distributed to the workstations.
If I right click on Station Settings -> Synchronize Settings I see the follwoing error in the Status Window.
Synchronization of the configuration failed (Specified File was not found)

I did log a support case which was escalated to Tier Two 10 days ago with no responce :frowning:
I'm wondering if anyone here has seen this before and knows the answer.

If I log on to an individual workstation I can apply the new license and it appears to work.
However I don't want to do all my workstations one at a time.

Requesting to synchronize the settings still returns the error message.
Any Ideas?
