Upon researching, we found this MS aritcle. However, please follow the below steps & let us know the outcome :
Open AVG program - click on refresh icon beside virus definitions & restart the computer. 
If issue persists, let us know the AVG version installed on your computer. (Open AVG - Menu - About).
