AVG cover renewal

Thank you. I have been with AVG for many years and renewal time is always a bit stressful. I am not a 'teckie' and need clear instructions on what to do. Your response was precisely what I needed to know - and I have now renewed - 'simples'. Perhaps, if you supplied that same information after a customer has paid, it would save you and your colleagues the hassle of having to answer dumb questions from people like me! (For all I know, you probably do, but unless the information is staring me in the face on my screen I am unlikely to understand it. (And, I bet I am not alone).

Anyway, thanks once again. Job sorted. Customer satisfied.

I renewed my AVG cover on 22/10/16 but I am still being told that my AVG Pro cover is about to expire in (today it's 18 days). Have a renewed or not? I have a receipt for £61.99.
